SOCAP is about connecting people who work at the intersection of money and meaning while highlighting world-changing initiatives. We remain rooted in this mission as we gear up for SOCAP26, held in Chicago for the very first time this October 12-14.
The SOCAP26 agenda prioritizes interactive sessions, deeper relationship-building, and opportunities to connect around emerging models, financing strategies, and actionable partnerships. What’s more: You don’t have to wait until October to begin connecting with fellow SOCAP26 attendees from across the impact ecosystem. Once you are registered, you’ll have access to the SOCAP26 event app, powered by Brella, where you can see who’s attending, schedule meetings, meet our partners, and sign up for the Monday offsite Chicago Community Session you’d like to attend.

New Chicago Community Sessions will bring attendees directly into the neighborhoods, organizations, and innovation hubs shaping the city's impact ecosystem. These off-site sessions are the primary focus of the first day of SOCAP26, giving participants the opportunity to experience impact not as a theory discussed on stage, but as tangible, place-based work happening in real time alongside the practitioners building it. All Chicago Community Sessions will take place on Monday at 1 p.m. CT. VIEW THE SESSIONS IN THE AGENDA.
Building Better Connections for Capital: Inside SOCAP26’s New Capital Provider Experience
Curated programming within the SOCAP26 agenda is designed specifically for the individuals and organizations making decisions about where and how impact capital is deployed.
The Capital Provider Experience at SOCAP26 is designed to support capital allocators—LPs, GPs, family offices, foundations, endowments, CDFIs, institutional investors, and more—in deepening peer connections, holding more intentional conversations, and identifying greater opportunities for collaboration. Capital Provider Experience organizers Dipti Pratt (Toniic), Pamela Roussos (WeavingImpact), and SOCAP’s own Sarah Sterling shared more about this experience in our recent webinar. If you missed the live conversation, watch the recording or read the highlights. LEARN MORE.
